Fort Worth Zoo
We have operated the Food and Beverage division of the Fort Worth Zoo since June, 2000.

  • We were consultants during the construction of the Texas Wild! Exhibit, providing our expertise during the design and construction of its culinary centerpiece, the Bluebonnet Café.
  • Since our tenure began, we have increased per capita expenditure from $1.50 to $2.80.
  • Catering facilities are available for groups of up to 5,000 guests
  • Annual attendance figures exceed 1.2 million
