We offer out-sourced food and beverage management to hotel ownership groups looking for upscale dining options for their customers. We lease restaurants and function space and offer low risk returns on investment, allowing hotel management companies to focus on their core strength maximizing rooms revenue while we focus intensely on making the restaurant, bar, room service, and catering as profitable and as successful as possible. We currently operate the food and beverage division in twenty-five hotels, and generate income to the owner of each property every month of every year, regardless of market conditions. Our lease agreements are based on top line percentage rent to the owner, so the onus of food and beverage profitability falls squarely on our shoulders. But money isn't everything. We also offer culinary artistry and expert restaurant operations. Our catering presentation is legendary.
