FINE ARTS

We may live without poetry, music and art;
We may live without conscience,
and live without heart;
We may live without friends;
we may live without books;
But civilized man cannot live without cooks.
-Edward Bulwer-Lytton (1831-1891)

When we began managing food service at the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, we immediately developed food and beverage options that would intensify each guest's appreciation of both the performing and culinary arts. Restaurant menus were developed to support the music programming and catering menus created to showcase the kitchen's culinary artistry and satisfy the diverse needs of its wide-ranging customer base.

Due to our success at the Meyerson, we were selected from a field of national competitors to manage food service at the prestigious Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville commencing in 2006. We excel in meeting the dining needs of fine arts clients because we understand the crucial thread they weave into the fabric of each local marketplace.

Symphony Centers nationwide will benefit greatly from the expertise that Culinaire can bring as dining services operator. From managing bars and concessions to producing exquisite black tie affairs, Culinaire offers the depth of our management experience, culinary innovation, and an intense focus on building revenue. Finely attuned to customer needs, we can help orchestrate a resounding success.
